WHAT IS GGF EXPLODE?

This 40-minute dynamic and empowering session is fantastic for improving athletic capacity and increasing metabolism. HIIT is comprised of mostly body weight exercises and will occasionally use a barbell or hand weights.

 

Why is it so effective? Like the name suggests, HIIT is hard. It’s intense and it works. Short bursts of high intensity exercise combined with low intensity recovery periods. This mix of workout bursts and rests is great for cardio conditioning and delivers a strong calorie burn.
