WHAT IS GGF TABATA?

This high intensity interval training features exercises that lasts in sets of four minutes.

 

This is an entire body exercise program and a great way to shed weight and gain lean muscle. This is an explosive workout involving both body weight exercises and the use of a barbell and or hand weights.
