WHAT IS GGF BODY & SOUL
A 30-minute recovery and stretching session incorporating yoga, Pilates, ballet, tai chi and gymnastics techniques that will relax both your body and your mind.
GGF recommends this program at least twice a week for anyone that exercises to any of our other online programs regularly. Recovery is an important part of your training schedule and often the one that people don’t find or make the time for. You’ll be healthier, more flexible and your muscles and mind more functional for your efforts to include this program into your weekly training routine.
