WHAT IS GGF ROW PRO?
The GGF 20-minute indoor rowing and FARTLEK session improves cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength by engaging all of your major muscle groups, including quads, hamstrings, back, shoulders, biceps, traps, lats, glutes and abdominal muscles.
This workout encourages you to work outside your comfort zone through 5 sets or three different paces whilst you increase your lung capacity, fitness levels, muscle endurance and wellbeing. Choreographed to motivational music that will guide your pace, this workout is going to max out your heartrate so be prepared. We recommend positioning your rowing machine on top of a yoga mat to stop it slipping around.
