Group Rides

Training for an event or interested in a social ride?

Every Wednesday Hayden & Lincoln host a group ride leaving from the clinic. These rides are usually 40 – 70km in distance and are set at a moderate pace. Riders who find the pace is too fast can drop back and either Hayden or Lincoln will wait at certain points of interest as a direction and reference guide.

 

Cycle routes are changed weekly* to test and improve overall fitness. We ride from North Perth, up into the hills, around the river, out to the coast and everywhere in between.

 

We leave the clinic at 6:30 sharp every Wednesday (unless heavy rain or storms are predicted).
